We've rescued 1,200 pounds of food, and counting!
Our Mission
The Bridge 13 program offers food service providers a streamlined, automated way to donate surplus food. Donations are redirected to partner organizations that help distribute the food to individuals and families in need.
Donators will receive a tax rebate (determined by local) against the retail value of the donated food.

We are often asked...
We saw a problem: too much good food going to waste, and too many people going hungry. So we stepped in. Bridge 13 collects surplus food from event venues, restaurants, stadiums, and grocery stores, and deliver it to community programs that get it to people who need it most.
We currently serve the Portland metro area and surrounding communities.

If the food’s still good—whether it’s shelf-stable or leftover from a conference—we’ll make sure it doesn’t go to waste.
